"There is suffering." Buddhas first noble truth.

"There is an origin of suffering." Buddhas second noble truth.

"There is an end to suffering." Buddhas third noble truth.

"There is a path leading to the end of suffering." Buddhas fourth noble truth.

I invite to comme to know this way, which leads to the end of all suffering

It doesn`t matter whether you have already experineces or not, which religion you belong to, how old you are, and so forth...

Meditation is difficult to put in words and terms. Therefore:

Thus have I heard. At that time the Blessed One stayed in the country of the Kuru, in a town named Kammassadhamma. There the Blessed One adressed the monks saying: "Monks!" - "Blessed One", those monks answered. The Blessed One spoke:
The only way, o monks, for the purification of beings, for overcoming pain and sorrow, for the destruction of suffering and grief, for the realization of liberation, are the four pillars of mindfulness (satipatthana). Which four? There, o monks,
* a monk dwells clearly aware and conscious in regards to the body, (käyänupassana)
ardently, clearly aware and mindful after discaring all wordly hankering and griefing.
* a monk dwells clearly aware and conscious in regards to feelings (vedanänupassana)
ardently, clearly aware and mindful after discaring all wordly hankering and griefing.
* a monk dwells clearly aware and conscious in regards to the mind (cittänupassana)
ardently, clearly aware and mindful after discaring all wordly hankering and griefing.
* a monk dwells clearly aware and conscious in regards to mind objects (dhammänupassana),
ardently, clearly aware and mindful after discaring all wordly hankering and griefing.
[speak "ä" like in bar] EVAM ME SUTAM. Ekam samayam bhagavä bhikkhave amantesi: Bhikkhavo ti. Bhadante ti bhikkhu bhagvato paccasossum. Bhagava etad avoca: Ekäyano ayam, bhikkhave, maggo sattänam visuddhiyä, sokaparidevänam ‚samatikkamäya, dukkhadomanassänam atthangamäya, ńäyassa adhigamäya, nibbänassa sacchikiriyäya. Yadidam cattäro satipatthänä. Katame cattäro? Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu,
* Käye käyänupassati viharati ätäpi sampajäno satimä, vineyya loke abhijjhädomanassam.
* Vedanäsu vedanänupassi viharati ätäpi sampajäno satimä, vineyya loke abhijjhädomanassam.
* Citte cittänupassi viharati ätäpi sampajäno satimä, vineyya loke abhijjhädomanassam.
* Dhammesu dhammänupassi viharati ätäpi sampajäno satimä, vineyya loke abhijjhädomanassam

The Buddha asked us to come and see his teaching, to analyze and proof it, and only then to make use of it for oneself.
Please do this too.

We can not "make" fruits. But we can cultivate and cherish the earth and the plants, and the results, that is to say the fruits, will come to be in due time.

The same happens in meditation. The fruits name? "The end of all suffering."

Meditation is nothing we can manage. We only can prepare the foundations for it to happen. Meditation trains us in mindfulness, discipline and many other positive qualities, which are useful tools for daily life. With insight, clarity and wisdom the allday world will be a fruitful field of realisation where we come to know that all conditioned things, whether physical or mental, are impermanent, painful and without self. Peace and liberation from these conditioned things are the natural results through so won insights.

The Old from the mountain
These mountains are incredible beautiful.
No carts and men,
on winding, infinte mountain paths,
too tiring following them all.
Rocks loom up high,
and thousands of plants grow here,
moistened by the morning dew.
The wind plays in the pine trees.
And than you stand there and ask youself:
Which way from here?





No way - only steps.
